Needed a faulty window hinge and door locks replaced after moving into a new house. After reaching out, Liam was able to fit us in the following day with no issues. Extremely quick turnaround which we were pleased with. He arrived when he said he would, reviewed everything and provided a good quote explaining what the costs were. The work was completed the same day with no fuss and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping his details handy for any future jobs.

Fantastic service. Punctual, knowledgeable and personable. Liam turned up on time, diagnosed the issue with the window handles and changed both and was on his way within 20 minutes. He also resolved another existing issue with the window at no charge. He even charged less than originally quoted as we required new window handles and not locks. I have no hesitation in recommending and will certainly use again.

Had real problems with my UPVC door locking mechanism, which I decided to fix myself. Eventually I needed professional help and Liam was recommended to me. Liam gave me very useful advice over the phone which improved things significantly. However as I wasn’t sure if I had fully resolved it, Liam came out and had a look. He reassured me all was good – and declined to take any payment for his time. Would certainly use Liam again if I need a locksmith in future.

Really pleased! It’s getting unusual to find tradespeople who actually do a descent job or are bothered about doing you, the customer, a good job. My back door was stuffed. Mechanism stuffed and it wouldn’t open. I was amazed at the lengths he went to to not only fix it but it’s even better than ever. I can’t help nosing, yet he was enthusiastic when answering my questions. It’s one of those contacts you’ll keep in your phone book! VERY REASONABLE price and genuinely puts the effort in! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I engaged LRM to replace differing size and design failed DG units. The site was promptly surveyed at Xmas 2018/units ordered for New Year fitting. Meantime another DG unit failed. To my surprise LRM ordered this for delivery, fitting them all on the same day. The whole experience from initial contact to completion was a pleasant. On the day : prompt delivery and exact fitting of new units and disposal of failed units in accordance with Regulations. There was little disruption/mess, all frames cleaned to an as new condition. Liam and co. were courteous and attentive throughout. Personally, as a service provider for many years, I can confidently state that LRM UPVC demonstrate high standards of efficiency and workmanship. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending LRM. Give them a try.
